Vinyasa: This is an ALL level flow geared towards building heat. Poses are linked with breath and continuous movement.
Power: Poses are linked with breath and continuous, vigorous movement. Some classes will work on core, inversions & arm balances and others are geared more toward deepening the postures. Expect to move, listen to great music, smile, and sweat! *This class is 45 mins.
Slow Flow: This class is geared towards students who want to build heat, however it moves much slower. Poses are held longer and there’s less continuous flowing from pose to pose. This is not an easy class, however it’s the perfect balance between Gentle and Vinyasa.
Gentle: This class is for anyone who wants a gentle yoga experience. The emphasis is on stretching and grounded postures. There is less "up and down" movements in this practice. Appropriate for all.
Gentle-ish: A Gentle Slow Flow. A great class to learn the basics and get a nice stretch and some strength building. This class focuses on learning alignment
Yin: Consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that target the hips, pelvis, side body and spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes.
Body Sculpt: 45 mins Combining strength & cardio. Using light weights and bodyweight this class aims to strengthen muscles, boost cardio and burn calories. (we provide the weights, just bring a mat and water)
Warm: A flow linking movement with breath practiced in a heated room, which allows the body to sweat and release toxins while providing a deeper stretch. Warm classes are 80 degrees
Restorative: This blissful practice relies on props to completely support the body in GENTLE postures to calm the nervous system. In a 60 minute class you will expect to do 4 postures, with savasana at the end. Body temperature naturally drops while at rest so dress appropriately.
