Please arrive early: 5- 10 minutes before the scheduled class in order to set up. Pre payment & Pre Registration is required. Please always check the online schedule and pre register for class to ensure there have been no changes. Doors lock at the start of class, no one will be let in late for everyones safety.

(Simple terms: Stay for the week… become a member OR cancel by the 5th day)

The best classes for beginners: 
Gentle, Slow Flow, Gentle-ish, Mobility, Restorative & Yin

  1. What to Wear: Comfortable non restrictive clothing  ie; yoga/gym pants, shorts, tank or t-shirt, no socks or shoes needed

  2. What to Bring: Yoga mat (rent for $3 or purchase one in our shop)

  3. Don't take class on a full stomach: It's best to eat a light meal 1-2 hours before class begins.

  4. Hydrate: Drink water before and after class.

  5. Resting is always an option: There may be yogis of all levels practicing in class, so if there's a pose you don't understand or aren't ready to try, don't be afraid to take rest in a Child's Pose.

  6. Keep an Open Mind: Have fun, breathe and listen to your body!

What does Namaste mean? It’s a traditional Indian greeting, it translates to “I bow to you” 🙏
