Gentle Flow

This class is for anyone who wants a gentle yoga experience. The emphasis is on stretching and grounded postures. There is less "up and down" movements in this practice.

Restorative

This practice relies on props to completely support the body in GENTLE postures to calm the nervous system. In a 60 minute class you will expect to do 4 postures, with savasana at the end. Body temperature naturally drops while at rest so dress appropriately.

Yin

Consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that target the hips, pelvis, side body and spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes.

Slow Flow

These classes are geared towards students who want to build heat, however it moves much slower. Poses are held longer and there’s less continuous flowing from pose to pose. This is not an easy class, however it’s the perfect balance between Gentle and Vinyasa.

45 Minute Vinyasa

Power Flow

Just like our Vinyasa classes, these classes are geared towards building heat. Poses are linked with breath and continuous movement. Expect to move, flow, smile, and sweat! There is no savasana.

Vinyasa

Looking for more heat, movement & energy? This flow is for you. Poses are linked with breath and continuous movement.

HIIT

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. Combined with yoga, HIIT brings about more cardio-intensive workout while stretching and lengthening the body.

All Levels Vinyasa

This is an ALL level vinyasa flow. These classes focus on continuous movement linked with breath, but modifications are provided throughout the entire practice.

Stretch’D

Our signature class designed for MOBILITY and relieving tight bodies. In 30 mins we will move through nontraditional movements to generate movement in your joints, relieve pain and tension and leave you feeling stretched from the inside out.

Healing Classes

Meditation & Sound Healing: You will be guided through imagery and singing bowl meditations. A mix of meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.

Yoga Nidra: meaning "yogic sleep" is a deep relaxation technique and a form of meditation. Its a state between sleeping and waking. The body is completely relaxed and the practitioner turns the awareness inward by listening to a set of instructions; much like a guided meditation.

Gentle-ish

A Gentle Slow Flow, a great class to learn the basics and get a nice stretch
